Football Superstars held a virtual World Cup of their massive multi-player online game recently, and despite the fact that the England team failed to beat Germany in the 2010 South Africa World Cup, they manged to go all the way in the virtual world.

Although England were knocked out of the 2010 South African World Cup by Germany, the virtual team did a whole lot better in the Football Superstars MMO World Cup tournament. Maybe there is something England football related that can be lauded this year. The virtual game England had against competing Germany took place during the group stages, and this time around England managed to hold off the Germans for a 1-1 draw. Germany then progressed to not even make it out of the group stages, attributed to a 2-1 loss against the Ukrainian team, something not likely to be mirrored in a real life soccer games. England had an effortless way through to the Semi Finals, as they absolutely annihilated Lithuania 9-1 in the Quarters, completely outclassing the team. The Semi Finals saw them battle Portugal, a team they carry a grudge with. The game kicked off with England going on the offense straight away, forging a number of chances throughout the game – in the end the midfield battle was won by the England team and they managed to finish the game with a nice 4-2 win. They then progressed to compete against the Russian team in the World Cup Final, a dangerous team that absolutely wanted to win this tournament. Unfortunately for the Russians, however, the game got off to a poor beginning for them as England scored within the first minute. The Russian team eventually retaliated, knowing they needed to equalize quickly to be within a small likelihood, and so they did. Scoring a goal from an interception after a bad clearance by the England keeper, the Russians pulled even; however, it was short-lived, as a virtually identical goal was scored by the England team at the other end. While Russia did their best to get back in the game and had some promising counter attacks, the end result went England’s way as they managed to score a number of goals. The Russian team showed a lot of heart, but were just out matched and seemed unable to muster the energy needed to turn the game around. In the end, after an exhausting game, the final whistle blew, and for the first time, England became the World Cup Winners for the Football Superstars MMO fantasy football games. When discussing the event Andre Ruddick the CyberSports Community Manager dubbed it a huge success, thanks to the dedication of all those involved and the great organization from each team. It was the largest event hosted yet by Football Superstars. He went on to thank each team and person involved in the great event, and gave a very heartfelt congratulation to the winning English team who played well throughout. There will be one more World Cup tournament later on this year.

For the past few years or so, Antonius Meyer has acted as a lead commentator on England world cup winners and given his unique outlook on the games.

The further along you get into a hand, the harder it can be to fold. As more cards come out and more money is bet, uyou get more and more committed to your hand, regardless of its chances of winning. Few things are more disconcerting than being too invested in a pot that you know you’re about to lose.

Many times a poker online player will have a mediocre hand and decode to take a chance and see if the flop hits. If you’re certain that you won’t get raised, then there’s nothing wrong with that. However, if you pay $10 to see a blind with an 8-9 unsuited and someone raises you $40, you’re faced with the decision to call and pay for a flop that probably won’t be helping you any or to fold and throw away the $10 that you should have kept in your stack.

If you decide to call and make middle pair or a straight draw, you will most likely have to keep betting in order to see if your hand plays out. Before you know it, you will have committed more chips than you are comfortable with and you could be looking at a dead hand.

Do you ever need to know the probability of a hand to three decimal points? Or do you every really need a computer to do your work for you? There is such a high level of serendipity in every game of online poker that detailed mathematic al analysis will never actually catch the spirit of the game.

I should probably specify at this point that the odds software is primarily intended for use at online casinos. These programs, which you can download to your home computer, have the ability to calculate the pot odds, implied odds, and hand odds of your hand with just a click of the button. It takes all the mental strain out of playing Texas Holdem online, but it also takes away the fun. Poker is not, and never will be, a fully predictable game. Downloading software that does all the work for you takes the game from an enjoyable pastime to a mechanized time waster. Ditch the program and use your brain, it will pay out in the long run.

My friend Alex rings me on the phone to inform me that he has discovered some online gambling websites that I simply have to check.

My acquaintance Alex rings me on the phone to tell me that he has found some on-line gambling sites that I just have to check out. I have never really been heavy into gambling, but I figured O.K., I may give it a trial run. And Then I tested out some poker and black jack, only truthfully, they simply aren’t my cup of tea. And Then I see these on-line lottery internet sites and I realize that over cyberspace I can take part in all different lotteries around the globe. Straight Off to me this looks a lot more pleasure, hence I considered I may give it a test. To start with I tried my luck at euro millions, you know a European lottery. I chose my lottery winning numbers and awaited and imagined that I may win the jackpot. I didn’t on that occasion only when the euro millions results came in; I was highly surprised to see that I had in reality come very near to the winning numbers. I sought out a couple of other lotteries, only I found that I had come so near the first time on the euro lotto, that I just had to give it another go. Up until now, I haven’t won millions of dollars, but, I have scooped some money, and so I continue to play the euromillions and picking lottery winning numbers, hoping to get my big win. I am one of those souls who like to think in the likelihood of winning it big, because it’s tough to think making that kind of money any other way.

As for my friend, he still carries on with his love of internet gambling and finds himself at the online gambling casino for at least 60 minutes a day. He likewise has won some money, but it is up and down and the difference is, when you lose at gambling you usually lose a good deal but then, when you lose at the e-lottery syndicates, it doesn’t cost you very much. I reckon that the lotto is the only way for me to go and the notion of winning it big and on top of that, it is only costing me just a few dollars “makes it all more appealing”.

The start you with only 300 in chips, and the blinds increase every 3 minutes. It basically cuts to the chase of a sit and go poker tournament. You are forced to play aggressively from a short stack and make profitable all-ins. But what’s key, is that everybody is a short stack. Because of this, your raises are more meaningful. By making any raise preflop, aside from perhaps a min-raise, you are forcing your opponent to make a decision for all of his chips. If he calls and misses, you’re betting 100% of the time, so he loses. Your opponent has to decide if any hand he calls with will be worth it to play until the end. This brings down the value of suited connectors and speculative hands, and jumps the value of any ace and perhaps any king high hand. A massive hand like AA or KK is basically a paycheck. You can limp with these and someone will probably move all in behind you with a hand you have dominated (AK, AQ, AJ, A10, KQ). If nothing else, the blinds fold preflop, you win, adding 10-15% to your stack size, which is super important. If you can chip up to 400 or 500 chips, or perhaps double early by taking out a player, you can coast and wait for premiums. Also, don’t forget that when you have a double stack, you can always put the pressure on short stacks that follow you. If everyone else left to call behind you only has 200 or fewer chips, you can bet their stack size with a huge range of hands and they will; often fold, due to the gap concept (that you need a stronger hand to call a bet than to make one). And if they call, you’re not risking too much of your stack, and your cards are often live. Of course you can push early into a monster and you’re out, but a smart aggressive player can walk away with a lot of money in a very short period of time by multitabling these poker events.
