No Holds Barred AT&T U-Verse Review

After considerable years with Time Warner and with Roadrunner, my family decided it was time try a new service. I was sick and tired of continually paying more per month for less with cable and wanted to check out my options. Cable definitely isnt good when it comes to HD channels. Satellite wasn’t an option so we skipped it and went withAT&T U-verse.

My service was installed on September 27 and initially, I couldnt have been more pleased. The only problem at that point was that sales sold me sports channels that never showed them. Everything was blacked out. Lo and behold this happens a lot.

Everything was fine for a couple of months, I had great service and new channels and features added regularly. The we got DVR. I had an issue with one tv. I waited a while to call customer support. And when I did, everything blew up.

After hours on the phone with cust service, I had shutdown and made updates to the receiver and my home gateway numerous times. After this, my service stunk and was constantly disconnecting. He then made an date for a few days later with a technician. The tech arrived and detected numerous errors which he fixed. I was skeptical that everything was fixed permanently but relieved that I had my service back.
